Housing Choice Voucher Program Inspection Checklist

Housing Choice Voucher Checklist

Listed below you will find a list of the "Most Frequent Housing Quality Violations". Please look your unit over carefully before the inspector arrives. Remember, any of these violations will "fail" the unit and TMHA will not be able to enter into a HAP contract with the landlord.

This list is only the "Most Frequent" violations the TMHA inspectors have encountered and summarized. This list is in no way a complete list of HUD violations according to regulations.
