Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, a public hearing will be held in the offices of the Trumbull County Commissioners, 160 High Street NW, 5th Floor, Warren, Ohio, commencing at 10:15 a.m., with respect to the proposed issuance by the County of Trumbull, Ohio (the “County”) of housing revenue bonds (the “Bonds”) in one or more series pursuant to a plan of finance, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $4,000,000. The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to make a loan to Eagle Creek of Hubbard Associates, Ltd., an Ohio limited partnership (the “Borrower”), to assist in financing costs of acquiring, constructing, improving and equipping a senior housing complex containing approximately 34 units of affordable senior housing to be located at 216 Myron Street, Hubbard, Ohio 44425, and to be known as Eagle Creek Apartments (the “Project”). The Project will initially be owned by the Borrower, and will initially be managed by the Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority, or an affiliate thereof. The Bonds will be special obligations of the County and will not constitute a debt or a pledge of the faith and credit or of the taxing power of the County. Persons wishing to express their views on the proposed bond issuance may appear at the hearing or may submit their views in writing.
